Sweetcorn and Tuna Pasta recipe
This super simple meal is ideal for serving up cold as a lunchbox filler, or warm as a big family dinner. Jazz it up with whatever you fancy - spring onions, mustard, chilli or even mango salsa. This recipe keeps it very simple.
Ingredients:
- 300g dried fusilli pasta
- 1 400g tin sweetcorn, drained
- 1 tin tuna, drained of water
- 100g mayonnaise
- Salt, pepper, paprika
- Cheese to serve
Directions:
Cook the pasta according to packet instructions until tender or to your liking in boiling salted water.
Once cooked, mix with the sweetcorn, tuna, mayonnaise and seasonings. Add cheese to make the whole dish cheesier or just sprinkle some over the top.
